Founded in August 2023 by Jonathan Geck, JBH Pool was established to raise pool maintenance standards in Galveston, with a focus on short-term rentals and vacation homes. The company merged with Blue Aesthetic Pool Services in August 2024, bringing in Texas Certified Pool Operator Michael Whitman as Vice President of Operations to enhance water chemistry expertise. In January 2025, JBH Pool joined forces with Outcast Pool Services, adding over 30 years of industry experience. Now serving over 200 customers, the company operates 6 trucks with 8 employees and is renovating a full-time pool store at 17614 San Luis Pass Rd. JBH Pool aims to be Galveston's leading pool service and supply company.

Jonathan and JBH pools have gone above and beyond on our maintenance and when repairs are needed they are prompt to respond. We are not in galveston full time and it is so reassuring to know we have someone so honest and dependable to look out for our pool. I highly recommend Jonathan and his team!!!
Michael with JBH Pool has been fantastic to work with—reliable, responsive, and highly professional. He is able to handle last-minute requests, communicates clearly, and stays proactive throughout the process. We hired JBH for a major project that included draining and refilling the pool, as well as replacing pumps and filters, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. One thing I want to point out is that Michael is easy to reach and talk to. If you’ve worked with contractors before, you know how rare it is to find someone who answers calls, acts quickly, and delivers exactly what they promise. Their pricing is also very fair. I highly recommend JBH Pool for both pool and hot tub services.

We will keep your credit card on file and process payments on the 5th of each month.

JBH will provide service as long as weather conditions allow. On rainy days or during thunderstorms, only chemical treatments will be applied. If your scheduled service day falls on a holiday, JBH will adjust your cleaning schedule that week to accommodate. No service will be provided on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and the Fourth of July.
Yes, there is a $99 service call fee. This covers the cost of sending a trusted technician to your home to diagnose any issues with your pool or equipment and provide an estimate for any necessary repairs.
Monday through Friday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm. After hours by appointment. Emergency rates apply outside of hours of operation.
Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis. A $150 emergency fee may apply. In most cases, the system can be turned off until the next business day without causing damage.
Yes, our operations manager will assess your pool and provide a quote for drain and clean services. Please note that this service is not available for fiberglass pools.
All customers must sign a waiver acknowledging the risk that pools may shift or "pop out" during the process.
Maintenance work is priced on a per-job basis. A minimum of one hour is required at a rate of $125. If the service can be completed on-site without a maintenance technician, rates range from $35 to $75.
Yes, we can install customer-provided parts; however, we only warranty our workmanship. The parts themselves will not be covered under any warranty.
As a new customer, JBH will set up your online account with a debit or credit card on file.

A filter cleaning is included in the initial start-up cost to ensure we establish a proper baseline for your pool. We recommend that filters should be cleaned every 3–4 months. We monitor the filter’s pressure gauge and will notify you when your next cleaning is needed. All filter cleaning is priced at $125 per service. We do charge an additional fee for chemicals, as the costs can change based on time of year and usage of the pool.
Yes, a 50% down payment is required for any job over $500.
You may cancel your service at any time with a 30-day notice. The final monthly payment will still be required.
